The baby blackbirds are now about ten days old, they are soon going to be leaving the nest. Unfortunately one of them has died so we just have the three remaining.
We have a pair of blackbirds nesting in our garden and they’ve produced four chicks – as you can see they are very hungry!
More flowers, this one is from a recent camping trip, about a month ago. Not sure what type of flowers they are but they were pretty.
I got engaged to my fiancee back in February and we had a special Sunday Lunch to celebrate the day after. This is a picture of my dessert, I love Tiramisu and this was a “deconstructed” version, so pretty I just had to take a photo of it. We had the meal at the Blackwell Ox, near York, highly recommended if you are in the area.
Two trees growing on an old dead tree stump.
I’m putting up an old photo I took back in February, when the camera was new to me. This was taken in Cambridgeshire, England, we had a very cold night of minus 16 degrees Celcius, that’s frost in the trees, not snow!
